Who we are
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Oliver Ryan is the data controller of personal data submitted to this website and to the constituency and parliamentary offices in connection with Oliver Ryan's role as Member of Parliament for Burnley.

What data we collect
- Contact form submissions: first name, surname, email, phone, postcode, address, town, enquiry type, issue type, and summary.
- Casework correspondence sent directly to the office (not via this website).
How we use your data
We use your personal data to respond to enquiries and manage casework. We will not use your data for party-political campaigning via this IPSA-funded website.
Our lawful bases include legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and casework), and performance of a task carried out in the public interest (constituency representation).
